- LHLaila Huntman3 days ago1.0I went to Chick-fil-A on Riverside yesterday afternoon and I went through the drive thru.Honestly I didn’t think it was possible to have a bad experience at Chick-fil-A, but a young girl with black hair in the drive-thru proved me wrong. From the moment I pulled up, the attitude was immediate and impossible to ignore. No greeting, no warmth just a cold, irritated tone like I was bothering her by ordering food at her job.Every interaction felt forced and borderline hostile. Simple questions were met with short, clipped answers, and there was zero attempt at basic customer service. It’s honestly shocking, considering Chick-fil-A’s reputation for being overly polite.This felt like the complete opposite more like she visibly unhappy to be there, it really brings down the whole experience. One person shouldn’t be able to ruin the vibe of an entire place, but somehow, she managed to do exactly that. Management seriously needs to step in, because this is not what people expect when they come here I will not spend another dollar at Chick-fil-A because of this experience.

All the other Chick Fil A locations chicken taste good and fresh cooked in peanut oil. The fries were not cooked all the way and had no salt on them!
