I haven't had any issues with their service and always get my orders correct. They offer the ability to order ahead and pick up which is great when you're in a hurry. If you plan to dine in, they have limited seating, but typically isn't an issue.

We went through the drive-thru and we thought the car two Vehicles ahead of us was holding up the line, but we found out quickly that it was the cashier when we got up to the window. The wait in the Drive-Thru was brutal she forgot the amount of money that we gave her to pay for our meal, and then she had to call for a manager to unlock the drawer and give us our $10 and some odd change back, making this horrifically long wait even more painful. And to finish this she actually dropped part of our change when trying to give it to us out the window. We were both so fed up, that we said forget it and pulled off
