  Waited over 45 mins to find out that the ticket was lost. The impression of the establishment is that drive thru/mobile orders are more important than dine in orders. I will never be back.

  The food is delicious, but the drive thru at the Roanoke location took 40 minutes to get me a single bagel with sausage egg and cheese

  Bagels are always baked to perfection. I order ahead via the app, and my bagels are waiting for me when I walk in. Great staff, always friendly.

  Amazing every time! Always ready fast, order's always right, and it's always so good. They've definitely earned the "best bagels in town" name. Hope they stay here for years and years!

  Just passing through but stopped here for lunch. Hubby got a BLT and I got a chicken salad wrap with a side of macaroni salad and wowza this place did not disappoint!! My wrap was so big it was nearly splitting apart. My husband shared his BLT and that was just as delicious! Also friendly service and the place is adorable inside.
