Last time we came, we waited 25 minutes for a kids cone and sundae and I had to go up there myself and remind them we did not receive it and people who came after us was getting their treats. We figured it was a one time thing. We came again tonight, 4/11, and all we got was a kids cone with sprinkles. 20 minutes of waiting and I had to ask for it at the counter, again.
