I got at the speaker to tell them I have a mobile order... he didn't say nothing but "is closed" with a rude and stupid attitude! I told him that, the reason I ordered was because on Google said that they was going to be open until 10pm and the App let me do the order! He kept talking the same way! Most of the guys at this places have the same attitude! I was at the window requesting to talk to the maneger there but they decid to act like they don't care what's going on! There's also another guy... when he give you the food he almost throw it to you and he turn around even before you take the food! This is all the time at this location...

I was polite to the employee asking can I get a redo with my burger. I tried to explain to him it could be an error on my end. He was super nasty rolled his eyes and closed the window in my face while I was talking. He should not be dealing with customers. I came here last week and simply asked him for a drink tray and he rolled his eyes. He is a poison to the company and how does he still have a job? I called management over there and they just tried to brush it under the rug like it wasn’t a big deal. I will be calling corporate tomorrow on this establishment.

I checked my phone and noticed it said order was canceled because it was able to process. I showed the lady and she just said "canceled? Oh... oh okay" and shut the window. I though the was going to get a manager or try to figure out what was going on. But I was left there with no explanation. This has been a constant issue, where I have just had the window shut on me and been awkwardly left with no explanation or redirection to fix the issue i have in the moment. And sometimes the food is also made wrong.
