  This Papa John’s (4814 Dale Blvd, Dale City, VA 22193) has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called because my order was wrong, and instead of trying to help, the employees were rude, dismissive, and passive-aggressive. When I asked for a manager, I was transferred to the general manager, Alison, who was even worse. She was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to fix their mistake. I paid for a more expensive pizza and was given a cheaper one, yet they refused to take responsibility or make it right. The lack of accountability and disrespect from both the staff and management at this location is unacceptable. I’ve been a frequent customer, but after this experience, I’ll never order from here again and will be contacting corporate about how badly this was handled.

  I'm not usually one to write reviews but after this particular Papa Johns delivered banger, after banger after banger of an experience, I feel like I owe it to them. I would have never expected my local PJ's of all places to treat me like a VIP customer. The pizza is always delivered piping hot, cheesed to the nines, cooked to perfection with the drinks ice cold. The one time my Pepsi was not delivered I didn't bother saying anything because I was used to such occurrences from Dominos and Little Caesar's, it was no big deal. But my next order I was given an extra Pepsi and tons of free sauce. This experience converted me. I was told that the special treatment I received tonight was simply because I "left a good tip." That makes me a little sad because if the generally expected and recommended tip of 20% that I gave was considered a good tip, most customers are giving much less or god forbid no tip at all. In this economy?! My Papa Johns does not deserve this and I will not stand for it. If I as a poor person can give 20%, so can you. Today I am emotional about pizza, because this experience made my whole bad week a little better. Thanks y'all. Tl;Dr: 100/10

  everything was good, except one of the pizza slices had a strand of hair melted into the pizza so I didnt notice until i took a bite and that was a bit off putting.

  For some reason they were really busy this time around I had to wait a little maybe like a few minutes but they were checking on my order very great service I appreciate them all. Quality of pizza is always great I like Papa John's compared to the other pizza places it's not as oily

  Great customer service. Had an issue with my order and called, they fixed it right away and replaced my pizza and gave me a complimentary item for the issue. Good pizza too
