- SASana A6 days ago1.0I placed an online order today 02/27/26 around 3:30pm for a pick up at 6pm. When I got there around 5:55pm, they didn’t even start preparing the order. I had a simple order for two large pizzas. Generally, I wouldn’t have cared but my family and I were fasting and needed the food to break our fast. They never apologized or anything. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. There were at least 7-8 people working there. Very disappointed in the service!

I called because my order was wrong, and instead of trying to help, the employees were rude, dismissive, and passive-aggressive. When I asked for a manager, I was transferred to the general manager, Alison, who was even worse. She was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to fix their mistake. I paid for a more expensive pizza and was given a cheaper one, yet they refused to take responsibility or make it right. The lack of accountability and disrespect from both the staff and management at this location is unacceptable. I’ve been a frequent customer, but after this experience, I’ll never order from here again and will be contacting corporate about how badly this was handled.
