arrived at this McDonald’s at 3:56 AM. The location is advertised as 24 hours, and they served the car in front of me with no problem. But as soon as I pulled up, they told me “we’re closed.”
If you’re not actually open 24/7, don’t advertise it. Very unprofessional and a waste of customers’ time.

America’s slowest drive thru. I waited 5 mins after we paid, logged in to write this review, and still not at the window for food. Made worse by the drive thru line blocking the exit. Terrible mgmt.

I had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s. The employee named Heyli was very rude and looked angry the whole time. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. And this i saw couples time , I expected better service and respect. Because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this McDonald’s again.

I’ve been a regular customer at this McDonald’s for a while, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. Last week, I placed two separate online orders. When I arrived, I was told they only received one of them, and for the second, they "couldn’t find it" in their system. I was advised to place another order on the spot, which I did.
However, after placing the new order and paying for it, I still wasn’t given the items from my original online order. On top of all this, the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location—I've come home multiple times to find missing items from my order. It’s really disappointing to deal with this repeatedly. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both the service and communication with customers.
