- WMW MNov 27, 20255.0I do not write many reviews and if i do is not just for negative experiences. But I feel the representative deserves her credit. I had an issue with my giant rewards and the customer service Representative (Alera I think is her name)was very helpful, patient and went the extra mile to make sure i didnt have any other issues. She explain and even help me set my rewards card up on my app. This, by definition, is what a customer service representative is supposed to be or should aim to be. Many thanks to her. I hope the store manager sees this and add her to a supervisor or manager team. 👌🏽👏🏽👏🏽

This used to be our # 1 place to go until our few encounters with the Deli manager. She's her attitude is beyond DISGUSTING she RUDE and has POOR customer service. I'am shocked she even became manager and is the Face of Deli I know im not the only person who's complained about her. I came in yesterday 11/25/25 I asked her for help and she didn't even Stop she walked past and yelled "I dont know" as she was leaving the isle, didnt even try to assist me , she CAN'T say she was going to the bathroom because she was walking in the direction of dairy. I normally just leave & not complain but I definitely went to customer service and spoke with the front end manager who's ALWAYS pleasant kind to my family and myself when we're there. Shes even spoken to MULTIPLE staff unkind infront of guest thats definitely not ok thats displaying hostile environment not just to staff but guest. Someone definitely needs to speak with her and NOT sweep it under the rug as another unsatisfied customer.
