Ok, I get corporate rules, I'll eat the sundae. You can have one topping on the sundae, I asked for hot fudge. I got chocolate syrup, hot fudge is on the menu but she's running out of fudge sauce so she can substitute but I can't. Hmm. I had to wonder , wouldn't it be better to just dip the cone when you realize you're out of fudge? No, make a customer unhappy instead. Also, take a jacket because it's always freezing in there.
