  The customer service provided by the manager Rebecca was very rude. I visited with my toddler and the store was empty but she insisted in rushing my son to make a choice for toppings. I also did not like her referring to him as a little girl.

  I went to this place today. They didn't have unsweetened tea at the dispensary. I waited over 10 minutes to get my food and got tired of waiting. I walked out. This place sucks!!!

  So I got 4 of their cupcakes cakes and took them home as a birthday surprise and when my husband and I ate one we realized there was no fudge in the middle like there is supposed to be. I figured it be no big deal to call and tell them that they were made wrong and see if they could make them the right way. I’m not a confrontational person at all so I felt awful calling in the first place and I was apologizing. Well when I called the lady on the phone proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that she can’t do anything to fix it because then they’d be wasting the food. Mind you I PAID for these they should be made correctly. She then proceeded to tell me she can put fudge on the top of them if there “isn’t enough to my liking” at this point I offered to bring them back and show them that it’s literally not there. She said that they probably mixed the fudge and the crunchies together, that’s also not the case. It is 100% not there and I feel like that’s a big part of this dessert so you’d know if it was there or not. Over all she was very rude and didn’t fix a mistake that I had no control over, it was a very unpleasant conversation that could’ve been easily fixed. The fact she kept telling me I was wrong and there is no way they messed them up, implying I’m lying, when i offered to drive them back to the store was extremely unprofessional. Overall I will not be back, due to the staff and unwillingness to make a problem right when they messed it up in the first place.
