  Picked up my mobile order and it was either the wrong order or completely incorrect. Tried calling the location but they didn't answer the phone. Called customer service and they refunded me. This isn't the first time this has happened. The last time, I couldn't get in touch with customer service either and had to complete a chargeback through my bank. This location used to be great but the accuracy, quality, and service has gone down hill.

  In my opinion Customer Service is everything in restaurant business, and one great employee can make a huge difference. This Wendy’s location is super lucky to have Maria Chapincita and Maria at tho kitchen as well but I forget her last name. Those two people are great there is also a gentleman at the drive thru @ night time I also forgot his name but he is also great. But Maria Chapincita definitely stands out, she is truly a hard working employee that deserves a raise and a bonus… Thank You all.

  I've been to this location quite a few times because it's the only one in town. Almost every time I've been in here I've had to wait almost 10 minutes before any of the employees even acknowledge me, even if there's nobody else in the restaurant or in line they all just avoid eye contact or when you try to get their attention they look annoyed. Wendy's corporate really needs to re-evaluate the management and training at this location.
