  HAS GONE DOWN HILL SO MUCH! I’m so disappointed to say Pizza Hut has gone down hill so much. As someone who has worked for the industry and who has had family work for the industry. It’s deeply saddening to see the laziness and lack of respect that now exists. Starting off, we were not greeted when we walked in and we were the ONLY table in the restaurant. Our drink order was wrong when there were only three of us. When I asked for the right soda, our “waiter” took a breath and said “uhm sure.” Like I did something wrong by asking for the correct drink. The drinks then were barely cold, one not even cold at all and when I asked for cups with ice I was told by our “waiter” , “ we don’t have ice.” And as he was walking away he said “ I know the drinks are cold.” I replied “ they barely are but alright.” of course none of the employees had name tags so I can’t say who our waiter was. Not to mention the ladies room smelled like a barnyard. This is our second time having a bad experience with dine in and sadly it’s our last.

  Pizza tasted good and the people on the cash register were pleasant. I really like their boneless wings and breadsticks

  Me and my boyfriend bought 4 personal pan pizzas and breadsticks on Tuesday to take advantage of the $3 pan pizza deal and have food for a couple days. When I checked the last two pizza boxes tonight, one pizza was great! The other….was this. I understand how you could put it in the oven and not notice, what I’m curious about is how you slice it and not notice. We’re very disappointed this has occurred.

  My daughter and I got a stuffed crust pizza the other night. And I can honestly say that it was the best tasting pie from a Pizza Hut that I’ve had in a long time.
