The Culpeper location is definitely starting to slip though. Over the last few months we have often got things left out from our order, like they aren’t checking as they are packing (receipt never has checkmarks next to items like other Panera locations). The cherry on top of it all was the last two weeks. Got Panera for dinner because it was a busy weeknight once last week, and once this week. Both times, either my husband or I got food poisoning and ended up having to stay home sick the following day. This location needs a major refresher course on not only hospitality, but ESPECIALLY on food safety and food handling. Needless to say we will be taking an indefinite break from this location.
