  we typically go to the self check out and there’s always the same old lady working.each time she is always bitter and rude. we were ringing items up and one of them didn’t scan, we tried multiple times as she just stood there staring at us. not once did she offer us help. so we decided to grab the items and head to a regular check out. she stops us, rudely saying “hello, hello?” telling us we didn’t pay yet and i explained to her it wouldn’t scan so we’re going to another checkout and she says “well you could have told me” lady you were watching us the entire time, just do your job next time

  I don't like to say bad things, but your deli department sucks. I went in there about two weeks ago. There were 2 people working the deli, I was the only person in line. Instead of waiting on me they continued to package lunchmeat to sell at the deli and completely ignored me. Even putting the meats in the counter instead of waiting on me. Today I go in there and the girl took forever to package my meat. I asked for pastrami and she gave me turkey pastrami and had to redo that. Then I had to wait every single time for my package so she could repack the meat to go back in the deli. Paid for my groceries and they were so expensive and I wondered why. I checked my receipt and she put in 4.5 lbs and not .5 pounds. Went to the desk the guy said I had to go back to the deli. I asked her if she saw a problem with this and she said no. I said I didn't buy 4.5 lbs of meat I bought .5. So then had to go back to the office and get my refund. So I wasted about 25 minutes extra in Martin's today. If I see this person working when I ever go back to your deli I will just buy whatever is packaged. You need to teach your employees how to take care of customers.

  It's good. I like to order my groceries online and pick them up. The crew who brings out my groceries are great.

  Fresh produce prices are a little higher. Customer service sucks. But thats the world anymore. So if recommended

  First off I love shopping at Martins it’s clean , well stocked , very nice displays and for the most part Nice and friendly customer service . Which gets me to my point of this unfortunate complaint . But every time my wife and I goto self checkout usually at night there is an older employee that works this area . And she always has an attitude whether it’s with us or other customers . We say Hello and she is very cold and Not friendly at all No smile nothing ! And this has been going on for a long time now . So if she doesn’t change her attitude or maybe move to another section of the store where she has No interaction with customers I will have to take my business else where !! Thank you for your attention to this matter
