The cashier proceeded to charge me INDIVIDUALLY for 12 bagels ($27.99). After I inquired if I could purchase a container of cream cheese, the cashier asked another employee to assist me. This employee proceeded to charge me INDIVIDUALLY for cream cheese on every bagel. Watching my total climb to over $49.00, I interrupted the sale and asked if I could just purchase a container of cream cheese, which I was told they do not offer. After I refused to pay over $50.00 for 12 bagels & cream cheese, I went to Panera bread and was pleased to learn that they offer a baker's dozen bagels for $16.99 and a container of cream cheese for $3.69 extra. While at Dunkin, when I requested to speak with a manager, I was told that he doesn't arrive until 9:00 am (I visited this location at approximately 7:00 am). With the competion being so fierce, you would think that Dunkin Donuts would be accommodating. Do better Dunkin!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how large the sourdough breakfast sandwich was, and the pumpkin spice specialty drink is always a delight. The lady at the drive-thru was very pleasant and friendly, and honestly made the experience nice enough for me to bother to leave a review. She was blonde-ish and worked the drive-thru window around 7:30am on 10/16/25. She was great. Thanks!
