- BMBrittany Mozingo5 days ago1.0I have been trying for 4 hours to reach this location about a catering order. When you call the local phone number you get the corporate catering people and the only thing they can do is call the location for you. Every single time they will not answer the phone. I guess this location is so busy they don’t need my business.

I wound up paying $4.70 to add on a second protein. Both proteins he (young Hispanic guy) filled up the scoop (flat) only 60% full, then proceeded to only put on 4 small pieces of chicken, then went back for a second scoop and only out one small piece of chicken. Rude. Pain in the butt. Ridiculous serving size for a $20 bowl. Will never return here again. Good luck.

The carnitas looked pretty dry until he mixed it up with his spoon--I think it was probably there since lunch, so it was dry on top. I live about 2-2.5 miles away and was surprised at how luke-warm the food was by the time I got home. Maybe they turned down the heat so the leftover lunch meats wouldn't completely dry out. Do better Culpeper Chipotle! And $15 for a bowl? I clearly haven't been here in a while.

Skimped me on the rice, skimped me on the steak ( they were down to the last few pieces in the tray and rather than giving me a correct portion they figured the would skimp me, and probably the next person who wanted steak). Later down the line they slam a pound of corn into my bowl. Even the soda machine was terrible. My son got a coke and it was watered down and did not taste like coke. Terrible restaurant, and no pride in their work.
