  Gotta say, Traveling to Virginia Beach and stoped in Lewisburg taco-bell to get food, long story short, they gave me the wrong food, I realized when we were already 30 mins away from the store, came here and explained the situation to the manager, and they made the order, even though they didn’t mess it up, I appreciate yall! Shout out to the manager!! Thanks!

  Staff too interest in themselves to wait on the counter, they also would let us add on to our order at the drive thru. Very Disappointed 😞

  Ordered through door dash. Wash missing an entire meal and a salad. Ordered a birthday cake freeze for one of my kids and was given unflavored shaved ice. 3 tacos were made incorrectly despite paying extra for other ingredients. No napkins or straws. Spent almost 72$ for about 30$ worth of food received.

  Food was good- quick service and friendly, but was appalled at the dirty serving trays... they were greasy and had remnants of someone else's chips. I noticed it was the same with another person's order on their trays were not clean. Easy fix hopefully they'll correct it

  Used our mobile app to order and picked up through the drive through. Gave us the totally wrong order. So I go in. Personal who I can only assume was the manager came from the kitchen, entered some stuff into a register and went back to the kitchen. My receipt was even stuck on my bag. As I’m waiting I see a printout, which has to be a joke, stating they’re in the top three of the best fast food places in Covington (we don’t have many). Finally, after waiting for about 15 minutes, the original kid that gave us the wrong order hands me my order. Nothing was said to me. No apologies, no excuses, nothing. From any of the employees I actually spoke to or had dealings with. Not planning to eat here much in the future, if at all. Very poor customer service.
