All of the employees are sitting outside while I then proceed to go through the drive thru, only to be told they can’t take any orders because the system is down but literally every employee is outside talking. I will be giving corporate a call in the morning

When I pointed it out, like actually held up the container and politely showed the lady at the window... she just said "OK" and walked away. And that was it. I was so furious that I decided to say nothing further, lest I end up cursing. I have a policy only to ever utter a profanity in private. If you have a similar personal policy, then you'd better not get food here.
