  The “Manager” I just had an interaction with extremely unprofessional and inexperienced for her position. The one with the big nasty black mark on her face Long story short I paid for extra syrup in my natural strawberry lemonade, I felt the extra given was not enough being I paid for it. Not to mention I drive trucks and buy this drink up and down the east coast 3 to 4 times daily, so I know what extra syrup is and should look like. The manager became irritated because I asked for more extra syrup after she already gave me what she called extra, then she snatched the cup and went and added in another drop of syrup. I then exited the drive through and went inside and asked for a refund on the lemonade. This same manager then became even more irritated and began mumbling under her breath and engaging in a back and forth battle with me the paying customer None of the other employees had a issue only this one who is a MANAGER UNACCEPTABLE This is unacceptable honestly and the sad part is I’m a black man and it’s always our kind with the foolishness. Really don’t understand the disconnect I paid for extra syrup and I wanted what I paid for why make it an issue? And who put this individual in management from what I could see in my 10 minutes encounter she is NOT QUALIFIED!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would

  This is the worst wendy's i've been to anywhere in this country and I'm a truck driver. Seems completely unorganized, the soda machine is perpetually broke, the younger cashiers don't speak at all, service is always super slow even when no one is in line and the food is usually cold. The manager (if there is one) should be let go but they're probably not paying enough to hire anyone better.
