  I go in to order two biggie bags for me and my wife. They charge me for a third, then I ask for a refund and an employee was super pissed off and decided to cuss and run around the store like she owned it and caused the scene. All it was was a simple misunderstanding didn’t need the employee to go absolutely bonkers. They also wouldn’t give me a receipt for my refund to prove that they refunded me. Because I still have yet to receive a refund from them. Will not be returning to this Wendy’s due to the horrible attitude of these employees. The specific employee is a black female with blue dreads. Didn’t catch her name. Much better food places in the area don’t choose Wendy’s

  Horrible experience. Tried this location for the first time and the woman taking our order had an attitude. We ordered 2 Biggie Bags and she charged us for 3, so when we nicely tried to correct her and asked for a refund she gave us attitude saying it was our fault SHE MISHEARD US. Then when the manager gives us a refund, they didn’t give us the receipt for it so when we asked for the refund receipt the previous worker got an attitude saying we were “doing too much”. Not to mention my husband didn’t get the correct sauce and the soda machine barely worked. Definitely will not be returning and will be calling corporate for this one.

  I have never written a bad review before, kinda embarrassed to do so because I hate being negative and it makes me feel mean🫣. Ok so what happened was my husband and I were driving through the area and we were getting hungry and i needed to use the bathroom. I really like Wendy’s chicken sandwich’s, so we decided to go here. My husband went to order and I went to use the restroom. I got in and it was NASTY, but I persisted because I really had to go. When I finished up I looked to get some toilet paper AND THERE WAS NONE!! (It was one of those dispensers where you can’t see how much till your lower down) So I was stuck on the toilet for a long while until my husband (who I had texted) found a really sweet lady to come in and hand me some from the other stall. (She was not an employee). The paper towel dispenser was also broken and there was trash all over the sink. Oh and ps the food was really dry and we waited like 20 minutes for it to be done (they weren’t busy). All that to say, this Wendy’s STINKS. (Also thank you so much to that angel of a lady who saved me from being stuck there for the rest of my life).

  Grandson wanted the new bacon cheeseburger. It was very good, however, my feet were sticking to the floor and the person behind the counter seemed mad at the world. Only one other person there besides my family. NOT AGAIN THERE.

  I never leave reviews. But this Wendy’s I usually try to avoid since they either hold up a line for insane wait times or are rude. I happen to be in the area with my kids so I figured stop and get them food. The wait times in the line was over 25 mins. Then the lady at the drive thru told me to slow down placing my order when it was literally two kids meals and a biggie bag and I wasn’t being fast. I was nice about it then when asked for specific sauce I stated ketchup and bbq. After finally getting to the window to pay and get food. She acted as if she was then in a rush?? Weird as she had literally held up the line so long it was backed up to around the building again I was nice took my card back then as she gave me my food said have a good day rushing and proceeded to let window close and stand there. I checked the bag because my kids have to have ketchup. Of course neither that nor the bbq requested was in there so she opens the window and I ask politely for the sauces she then grabs a large handful of ketchup slams it into my hand taking half back then goes and grabs two bbq sauce and very rudely says have a great day with a very noticeable rude undertone and exaggerate voice! I politely then said(becasue I had at this point had enough) is there a reason you are being so rude to me when all I did was politely asked for the sauces you forgot. She then looks at me surprised as to not have realized I would call her out and then proceeds to say she’s sorry and her sincere at apologies! Look I’m not one to complain but I sure as hell don’t let ppl treat me rude. Idk if this young girl just was new and overwhelmed or if she just got pleasure out of having some weird power trip. But this Wendy’s need to do better! Then the sauces she gave me were messy with sauce in the packages, my burger was incorrect, the fries tasted old, my kids teas tasted disgusting and my drink wasn’t diet! Also if I could rate this no stars I would.
