  Burn this building down!! Fire the Staff!! This Trop right here is BIG TRASH! 🗑️ Service Sucks, Food is always mid compared to other locations. They messed my order up 3 times and then try to charge me cause they can’t get it right.. just make the drive up to chesterfield or invest in a blender player.

  Crissy and Mea are great people, they made smoothie and food to elite tasting. If i could request them everytime I would.

  Tropical Smoothie in Colonial Heights only gives 1 day to pickup your Birthday Smoothie! This is senseless! I was out with family and didn’t have time to pick up my free item! You need to be like other restaurant Establishments and give a person 7-30 days to pick up! Most of my free bday items from stores has given me 30 days to pick it up!!! Some have given 7 but having to pick it up on the very Birthday is definitely meant for your customers dissatisfaction and keeps you from giving anything away for FREE! What a Stan in the back!
