I don’t expect white glove service but I expect decent customer service at least. I ordered a large drink, a midnight Baja blast. Instead of just telling me they don’t have the midnight Baja blast they just weren’t gonna give me a cup for the drink I asked for. When I asked about my drink I was then told by a young lady with red braids with a not so good attitude that they were out of the requested drink. And instead of still giving me the cup for the drink I paid for looked at me as though I was irritating her. So I explained that I still paid for the drink even if they don’t have the one I asked for I still would like to choose something else it’s not like they have to pour the drink for me just give me the cup. Poor customer service.

Its honestly disgusting. How can you not offer the same thing in store as in the app. Yall have never not had combos as an option. And I guarantee you will loose alot of business by doing yoir customer base dirty. I love taco bell. But will not purchase from this location again. Greedy management and owners
