  Ordered food delivery at 9pm and didnt receive it, its past 10:20pm. Tried to call the store multiple times but they won't answer.

  I just visited this location today at 3:22 pm. i normally wait to do reviews, but this was the worst sonic burger I've had in a while. Normally it seems as if Sonic has a season that they use on the patty, but this burger tasted like a generic brand with no seasoning, like cheap pool hall food. The bottom bun looked like a chunk was missing. The tater tots was mildly warm to almost cold. I see why they closed all of our locations in Georgia, with quality like that you cannot sustain. On another note the employees was nice, and welcoming. I don't think they heard when I said I wanted tomato on my burger, but it wouldn't have made a difference, it was awful. I still would suggest give them a try, maybe it was a off day. The location is weird also you can get to through back or going through enterprise rental car.

  If you live in the area, just bite the bullet and take the drive to the Chester Sonic. Every time i come to colonial heights it’s EXTREMELY slow and they always and i mean ALWAYS get my order wrong.

  Horrendous experience. Not a single order done correctly, they'll likely do yours incorrectly as well. Steer clear from here and go somewhere else.

  I went there this morning and got the same thing as I always get from sonic. This was by far the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. On my burger I asked for no onions yet when I got my burger not only was it cold but it also had onions. Then when I got my tater tots yes they were hot but not from a fryer. You can taste when tater tots are heated up using a microwave. Same when they are leftovers. Thats exactly what they tasted like. Overcooked leftovers. I personally wont go back to this particular sonic.
