  Ordered on app, larged meals got medium fries, and quarter pound made wrong ordered no pickles got no onions. Called store phone and get busy signal. App says contact store. Welp other that get in my car and drive 20 minutes back seems to be the only option. Especially when we are sick.

  This McDonald’s is horrible. Slow service, attitudes, and they don’t come to the window when you place early orders for pickup. We waited at the window and employees stared at us through the window instead of explaining what was going on with our order which we paid for. It’s not worth it.

  They always get something wrong wether it be little stuff like the wrong change back or they won't add Carmel to my frappe two days I'm a row after I ordered it that way and paid the extra cents for it but drove away mad they didn't get it right again just left cuz why keep trying

  Food frequently takes 30-45 minutes to come out if you order in the app or in person or in the drive thru. Definitely not “fast food “ the neighboring Mexican sit down restaurant is quicker better quality of food and slightly cheaper

  This place provides a new definition of fast food or incredibly slow food. I’ve been sitting out here waiting for a quarter pounder with cheese and two double cheeseburgers for over 15 minutes. I can’t believe how bad your service is. I don’t know if it’s a problem with people that you’re hiring or if it’s just management that doesn’t know what they’re doing, but this is ridiculous and I will never come back to the store again
