  We waited a very long time to even be acknowledged. Then waited another half hour for food and the meals were missing things.

  In the six or so times I've been to this location, the food has always been hot. The speed of service is a bit slow compared to most fast food restaurants, but it's never been unacceptable to me. On one occasion, I received a medium fry despite ordering and paying for a large. On at least 3 visits, I ordered McNuggets with sweet 'n' sour sauce, but I've never received a single sauce packet. Be prepared to wait a few extra minutes, and check your order before you leave.

  Listen, I didn’t come to McDonalds expecting a Michelin Star experience, but I wasn’t expecting a prison break hills have eyes experience either. I feel like I need a shower.

  Most mornings I go to this McDonalds for breakfast and every interaction I have had with this employee has been unpleasant. She is rude and always has an attitude with me. I am getting to the point where I no longer want to stop because of her terrible attitude and unprofessionalism. She is the older Caucasian woman that mans the first window. Not sure if it is a training issue but someone needs to talk with her about customer service.

  I hate to leave negative reviews, but this location has been consistently disappointing. Almost every time I come here, the wait is extremely long, usually around 20 minutes, even when it doesn’t seem particularly busy. On top of that, the food quality is hit or miss. Items are often overcooked or dry, and they almost always forget sauces that were ordered. It’s also very common for items to be missing from the bag or for the order to be incorrect altogether. Everyone makes mistakes occasionally, but when it happens nearly every visit, it becomes frustrating. Hopefully management takes a closer look at the service and quality control because this location really needs improvement.
