  We had the most incredible experience at Jimmy John’s on South Park Blvd in Colonial Heights, VA. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, clean, and so inviting, it immediately set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing visit. The owner, Luis, and his wife were beyond kind and welcoming to our family. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home, and you can truly tell they care deeply about their customers and the experience they provide. My daughter had a special request, just salami and cheese, and they made it perfectly for her. She absolutely loved it! It’s those little moments of care and attention that really stood out. And I have to mention, finding caffeine-free Diet Coke in bottles was such a treat for me! I haven’t had one in over two weeks due to traveling, and it honestly made my day!! We originally planned to eat next door at Chipotle and just grab food from Jimmy John’s for our daughter, however, after stepping into the neighboring restaurant and noticing poor sanitation, we quickly changed our minds. Walking into Jimmy John’s felt like a breath of fresh air, clean, welcoming, and well cared for. Today’s experience exceeded every expectation. The combination of cleanliness, outstanding service, and heartfelt hospitality made this visit unforgettable. We will absolutely be back. Thank you, Luis and family, for making our day so special! 💕

  I had a custom giant veggie sub and it was delicious. I shared it with my family, everything I asked for I got . Luis Ferrer was so courteous . I will be back

  They treat us like personal friends every time. Their sandwiches are spectacular, fresh and also made just the way we ask.
