The tables, floors, and the area where the ketchup and drinks are kept were all visibly dirty. There were no napkins available, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the condition of this place. I hope management takes immediate action to improve their cleanliness standards.

He leads a top-tier team, including Imani, Amanda and Clayton who are all sweethearts and have exceptional customer service skills. Always greeting with a smile. It is rare to find such a kind, respectful environment this team truly cares! The food is fresh and very good.

It was horrible the new tenders ,fries and nuggets tasted like burnt grease. I ordered 3 baconator fries, none of them had bacon. I asked for sauces for my 4 piece tender and 4(6) piece nuggets no sauce, he offered sweet chili and scorchin hot. I don’t like either. I asked for a refund, but he was not a manager so could not give me one. So I was screwed. The general manager and managers should have came in to help him being they are managers. My 15 year old son was leaving the hospital after an emergency and I couldn’t even feed him anything. PILOT WENDYS IN COLONIAL HEIGHTS do better and fire them lazy managers. It’s bad enough both Wendy’s in Chester suck and no you SMH.
