If you order thru the Taco Bell app they place your order for dead last. Ordered for ASAP mobile pickup thru the app. Got to the restaurant about 5 minutes after placing the order, 10 minutes early to the app’s “pick-up” time. Workers asked if I was a dasher (I’m not) and said my order is being prepared. Order wasn’t completed until 12 minutes after my stated time. Total time to get this food: 30 minutes. Multiple drive-thru orders were completed while I waited. Like 8 orders. Next time just order in person, don’t use the app. Side note: when did the Crunchwrap supreme get so thin?? First 4 bites were tortilla and more tortilla.

Employees are too lazy to change out drink syrups or add napkins to a bag. Such a clean Taco Bell to have some of the worst service.

I went inside the lobby around 5-6ish PM on a weekday. I used the screens to order because I can take my time, change my mind if need be, and see the menu with pricing better. My wait from start to finish was between 5 to 10 minutes. After the wait, one of their workers called my name and handed me a bag with only 75% of what I paid for. I'm not talking one or two missing tacos, folks -- I'm saying if the bag was supposed to have 10 items, there was only freaking three. The supervisor had to correct this worker TWO SEPARATE TIMES because each time they brought a couple of items, they forgot the rest. I kindly removed all the food from the bag and hand counted each item because I now want to be sure. During this, the worker never apologized for the mistake but instead seemed annoyed I was taking up counter space to double-check. When it all was accounted for I said "thank you" and quietly left. I figured maybe it's their first day and they're overwhelmed; who knows? But at home, we discovered that the tacos were okay but the burritos were an absolute MESS. Some had rice only on one side of the burrito, others had too much sauce, no sauce, or runny refried beans. So alright, I get it -- American fast food is meant to be edible food given as fast as possible, but for the love of Jesus Christ can we (the customers) please get a little more than the bare minimum? Without the attitude and blatant mistakes? I know customer service freaking sucks post-COVID but when you do get customers that are obviously patient or friendly, TRY TO RECIPROCATE APPROPRIATELY. Even in this economy we can still afford common courtesy!

I ordered several items and the person packing orders did not include several items because they were busy complaining about customer orders. Will never visit this place again.
