Came back a day later and the GM Nikki handled the situation professionally and diligently. She gave me a full refund and complimentary meal. Mike, an employee, delivered on a scrumptious sandwich to which I devoured half and gave the other half to a homeless man. 10/10 staff 10/10 sandwich

Sub came out fire everything fresh, stacked right, and wrapped up clean. You can tell she take pride in her work. Respect to her she doing her job right and she’s the only one working 💪🏾

Not sure if she wasn’t trained on sanitation, but additional training may be required.
