- D6Dreamer 615Oct 16, 20251.0The food was okay but the environment was HORRIBLE. They treat their employees poorly and are very unprofessional. It was not a welcoming atmosphere and the shift manager was speaking to another employee calling them racial slurs and insulting them in front of customers. I don’t think anyone should have to go into a restaurant and hear these things and they need to retrain their staff fully. If there are work issues with employees they should take these matters seriously and privately and not humiliate their employees in front of customers. I thought Subway had more integrity and better values so I was VERY disappointed with the entire experience. I will not be returning to this location and they need to do better as a whole. I would not recommend this location at all and would rather go pay more somewhere else knowing the company treats their employees right than to be in this situation again.
