  The service is usually good here but not today. Ordered online checked in when I got there which was 2 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. No one responded to the button being pushed for 5 minutes at which time I checked in. Push it again when another customer who had arrived after me got their order before me. The rude person who answered said you have to check in when you get here which I told her I had already. My food had obviously been sitting there for a while.

  This place is disgusting to say the least. The building itself is filthy, the tables are covered in filth, and my burger came out swimming, literally swimming in a pool of grease. The owner should be ASHAMED of how this place looks and the product they serve. The service is the only redeeming quality of this establishment. I took pictures to back up my review but dont know how to add them. If i figure it out i will update it. And just in case you the owner sees this, i will say it again, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.

  It was a maze to get to this sonic and the people working inside were like congratulations getting through the maze but we aren't serving yall. Ra ng the button 50 or so times. Watch every car doing the same leave before I did. Go to the one in Chester instead.

  I had the pleasure to meet one of your employees. Such a sweet and personable soul. I don’t typically go to Sonics but due to his sweet demeanor I will be visiting. I hope you know that James Kelley is a GEM! Please give that man a well deserved raise! I’ll be checking in to ensure he got what he so surely deserves. I wouldn’t come to Sonic if it wasn’t for him!

  Nasty food. Order the bacon cheese crossiant combo. Bread was burnt!! Bacon harder then a rock! Cheese not melted due to sandwich was never heated up. For the price they charged this ridiculous. Don't have to worry about me ever going back.1st & last time.
