- RZRD Zed5 days ago1.0This Pizza Hut is consistently the worst one in central VA. I usually keep complaints to myself but the Colonial Heights store just keeps out doing themselves with poorer and poorer service so here I am. Tonight we ordered our typical meal at 540pm with an approximate delivery of 610-615pm. 645 rolls around and nothing (this location needs a looooong leash for delivery. Never has anything been delivered remotely on time) I give it another few minutes. I check the app and the app says it was delivered at 615, so I call the store. A young man answers the phone and I can barely make out what he's saying. He asks for my phone number and I give it to him. He then says "Oh. Yeah, we had to cancel your order because...(?)...driver." I asked why I wasnt at least called back? He said "this store dont have that policy." Seriously? A courtesy phone call? The most basic Customer service isnt a "Store policy". Says a lot. He also said the app is broke. He then stated i needed to resubmit my canceled order. I said no, keep it canceled, its 715pm, and an hour and 35 minutes later. Im officially done with this location. Fix your store. Its obvious you have problems. You acknowledge them right here, yet it continues. Get better people. I dont want an apology or any placation, just fix it.

Spent 100.00 on pizza. The food was great the service and hospitality was very poor and unsatisfactory. Needless to say I will not go back to this location. Reached out to customer service got an email back and it said they would be in touch within 3 days. It's been over 2 weeks and still nothing. I guess it doesn't pay to contact corporate, that's why I'm leaving this here. Also reaching out to the BBB. Thanks
