He proceeded to go to the back and came out with the single servings of cream cheese. He told me I could only have 5. When I told him I wanted 6 for the 6 bagels I was buying, he told me I was acting entitled. As a paying customer I found that so rude, when in fact, I was willing to pay for the extra cream cheese. He didn’t ask me to pay for it nor did he tell me how much the extra cream cheese would have been because he was too focused on being rude on Christmas Eve in a customer service setting. Dale did this location a disservice with his lack of customer service skills.

Every time I order a customized simple avocado toast , there is an issue with it and an issue with her attitude. The gentleman at the register is super friendly and over worked. I paid extra for cilantro , extra avocado garlic aioli and bacon. There was just a small smear of avocado and 1 leaf piece of cilantro literally.

Just got home from the Panera in colonial heights ordered two bowls of soup French onion that automatically come with croutons and I asked for extra only had one bag of croutons in my bag question to people in the Drive-Thru and they looked at me like I had three heads and told me I had extra in that bag now the two soups were for two different people what were we supposed to do share the one back of croutons poor service poor customer service completely
