  Laura our server was terrible. Only checked in on us once. I got the meal with a cheesecake, it never came out even after waiting 15 minutes for it. Asked for togo drinks because ours were empty mid meal and received a togo drink with mold in the ice. Food came out wrong. Overall, not a great experience.

  Be aware that if you order directly from their website and your food is not satisfactory, they may tell you the order was processed through a third party like DoorDash. The problem is, if you didn’t actually place the order through DoorDash yourself, you can’t go into the DoorDash app to file a complaint when something is wrong. We spent $75 on our meal, and when it arrived the food was cold and the steak was frankly disgusting. That was very disappointing. I will say, though, that the young lady I spoke with was polite and did offer gift cards to try to make it right, and I give her credit for that. I just wish the overall experience had matched the price we paid.

  It only gets a star because there is no option for 0 stars. My wife and I were seated immediately because they were not very busy yet. There was 1 table already seated in our section. We sat at the table and watched other people being seated after us. We sat for 20 minutes and watched the server serve the other tables while never coming to us. We never got any drinks or even acknowledged although the server made eye contact with us. We got up and walked out and the hostess asked and I told her the server never even came to our table or took a drink order. We went to Texas roadhouse and was served drinks ,appetizers and main course in less time that we wasted at the Outback in Colonial Heights.

  Asked prior to order if they still had prime rib. We were told yes and ordered 2 plates. We also got the new trio appetizer. Appetizer arrived and was very hot and delicious. Wife's salad arrived and was fresh and crisp while my French onion soup was nearly all broth. Very few onion pieces left. Then our waitress arrived stating they were out of prime rib. She looked embarrassed but it wasn't her fault. I ordered a steak and rub combo and was disappointed. Rubs were like warm and dry. Steak was well seasoned but very tough. Overall, I won't be back for awhile.

  We were told there would be a 10-15 minute wait. We checked back in after 30 mins and the hostess didnt even have us on the list even though we gave her our name and number. She put us back on the list and we waited again. FINALLY, we got a table after 55 minutes of waiting. Ridiculous. Glad the food was good except for the macaroni. It was stone cold.
