**** UPDATE- CLENICE was wonderful! After waiting a long time I asked for assistance. She comped us and gave the kids a dessert. She was very kind and helpful!!
The food = incomplete. The porterhouse was overcooked yet still cold. The entree was served naked on a plate and 15 min later we still don’t have the sides.
Service was TERRIBLE. We sat down and waited 10-15 min to see Jackie our server. Jackie has been a waitress for more than two decades and would like everyone to know she intentionally works lunches to avoid patrons. She doesn’t like her employer. They expect her to stay until four and her hips hurt so she will move EXTRA SLOW in order to allow them to realize how she doesn’t appreciate being on duty today. Jackie says she didn’t sign up for this. It has been busy all day long. (It’s Veterans Day, but it actually isn’t horribly busy. I’ve seen worse on Friday and Saturdays at most restaurants in the area.) She made it clear she doesn’t like the menu. Doesn’t like to serve the customer and didn’t appreciate the people here. She took our order with a nasty expression on her face huffing and puffing about the whole thing, then stated “I’m not getting tips. Then Outback and the manager (she stabs her finger to the bar/back area) only scheduled 2 servers and a bartender! And I have to pay out my tips 6%!”
Jackie can be heard deriding Outback and management at other tables but 20 min and counting after the partial order of an entree was delivered by two other individuals we’re still waiting for our side dishes, and my husband’s included dessert. There are currently currently people standing as they wait to be seated and the table to my right has been empty for over 20 min.
The building is older but maintained so atmosphere is as expected.
I like to tip and I like to tip well when I SEE my server is working extra hard while exuding professionalism. I’ve waited tables, been very low income, and I know tips can make or break a night. Jackie will not be receiving a tip. She was exceedingly unprofessional, complained about her job to the patrons, and our meal was not even received to the moment without any explanation. Stressful days happen in every field. If you hate your boss and company - it’s time to find a new place to work.

Went during lunch time period on Veterans day. The entire staff was phenomenal. The host, the waitress were super polite, professional (even though they were swamped). The food was amazing as well. Highly recommend. 10/10

Ordered the shrimp and pasta they changed me for the chicken shrimp and pasta I only wanted shrimp they said they would give me extra shrimp to replace the chicken they gave me two shrimp the pasta was dry i let my waitress know she said she would give me more shrimp a Alfredo sauce this is what they gave me. The gray ramekin shows how much sauce they gave me at first, then I let the waitress know again about that then she came back with that larger ramekin a sauce, but they still gave me two shrimp. This was given to me by the manager, Carl I paid for my and tipped 20% before I looked at my plate I would not recommend this place for anyone and no I didn’t eat my food
