Other people were also getting their orders wrong a lady got mad with the manager because they kept getting her order wrong and they were always talking over her, and just being disrespectful

I understand being busy, so I waited patiently for about 20 minutes. I pulled up to the speaker and was rudely told they were not currently taking any orders. I advised her I paid through the app, she said well, it will be a while. I quickly cancelled my order and left. There were about 7 cars behind me waiting. If you cannot open due to staff or any other issue, it would be helpful to have a sign so patrons aren’t waiting 20+ minutes to be turned away.
- JJJasOct 26, 20251.0Ordered breakfast through app on 10/26/2025 at 10:25a (still breakfast hours) I was rudely told after my order was already placed and paid that I cannot get my breakfast because the order does not count until I give drive through my code. Very unprofessional, manager called police because of their mistake. Manager did not want to print receipt stating my refund will be put back nor did they want to substitute paid breakfast that was no longer available for lunch. Everytime I go to this McDonalds I get attitude and unprofessional service. Please find a new job if you cannot be respectful and understanding with customers.
- MFMichael FerrellOct 26, 20251.0This location is definitely not worth stopping eating old food out my car floorboards would be better an fill me up more then this place everytime I’ve stopped it’s been horrible 3 times in one week first my time my food was giving away to wrong person an dealing with staff for refund was horrible and yielded no results second time I was told there was no food I asked well it open it’s 630 am how long do I wait only to be given attitude and told yes we’re open but I have now food third visit I just left after 30 minutes of waiting all three visits the wait time was ridiculously long
