And only thing the "terrible excuse of a person" manager would offer is me drive all the way back up there for $2 sauces or a $2 refund. How about you ruined my $36 dollar pizza experience. Delivery took over 2 hours, called the phone number to get an update was on hold for over an hour! Of course, once the food arrived it was cold. The manager contacted me & answered saying “ I’m posed to be callin you bout a refund” then proceeded to put me on hold for over 30 mins to ask another manager how to do a refund… I was contacted by someone via email which the email states “ we’ve tried numerous times to contact you “ which was of course a lie. Once confronted they proceeded to argue with no resolution. Not to mention a family friend went in the night before & they were BLARING music so loud you could barely even order. Customer service nowadays just isn’t the same.

Didn't have a positive attitude plus when I walked in she was standing on her phone, coughing and rubbing her nose with her arm
