  I literally just got home from picking up my online order. I got there early & was told my food wouldn’t be ready until 6:20 which was what time it was supposed to be. So of course all the food should be fresh,correct? WRONG!!! All of the 30 wings are old & just tossed in sauce. Well besides the ones that were labeled honey garlic….there was nothing on them at all! And I only live one exit away….why were they also cold?! I will definitely take accountability for not opening them all to check them. But damn you would think you wouldn’t have to. ALL of it went straight to the trash including the 2 wings with feathers on them so long they looked like eyelashes. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

  Unfortunately BWW just isn’t what it used to be. The service is extremely slow at this location and the food leaves room to be desired. Average wait time from walking in to leaving the restaurant is about 1h 45m. Time from sitting at table to getting entrees was 50+ min.

  Buffalo Wild Wings: where the wings are mid, the sauces are chaos in liquid form, and every TV screams sports like it owes them money. You’ll leave smelling like ranch and regret, with orange fingerprints that last till Tuesday. 10/10 for vibes, 6/10 for not poisoning me.

  Este es el Buffalo Wild Wings en Colonial Heights. El servicio fue bueno, la muchacha muy amable y atenta. El problema con que me encontré es que las alitas estaban frías y las papas fritas diras y también. Respecto a los "fried pickes" aunque estaban buenos para costar casi $9.00 por porción como aperitivo sólo vinieron como 8-9 rodajas; es decir a $1.00 por cada uno cuando se sabe que esa cantidad sale de un sólo "pickle" y cuidado, no lo creo. Anteriormente los he pedido en el Buffalo de Broad St. Y la bandeja viene llena. Esperamos mucho para ser servidos y las margaritas ahora son de 5oz. Creo que no vale la pena. Si no me equivoco este lugar ahora está más pequeño. Le sugiero revisen a sus cocineros y ofrezcan mejor calidad y cantidad en la preparación. No pienso volver a esta localidad ni la recomiendo. Prefiero conducir más y llegar hasta el de broad St. Además pedimos un plato nuevo donde se escogen 3 artículos y viene con un coleslaw diferente que se llama the " Ultimate sampler" y la presentación horrible" las alitas frías, las papas duras y el coleslaw viejo y ni el envase lleno, sólo 2 vasitos de salsa para las alitas. Pedimos otra porción de pi kles fritos pero no llegó a tiempo así que la devolvimos y nos fuimos y al mirarla ni la salsa tenía. Definitivamente no volveremos a esta localidad. Además desde afuera se veía muy oscuro y pensamos que estaba cerrado. Llegamos como a las 8:30pm. Pienso que lo único que hicieron al momento fueron los pickles fritos porque lo demás estaba frío y duro. Lamento que la calidad estuvo and mal. El servicio de la mesera muy bien.
