  I have eaten here before without any major issues. Tonight I called back because my chicken was undercooked and the meat was not separating from the bone easily. The manager (or person I spoke with) David informed me of the temperature checks and that all internal temps were accurate before being sold. This chicken IS NOT properly cooked. I was told to bring the chicken back in as if I lived around the corner.

  Super place. The food is great and the staff are very nice : ) A different question. Does anyone know what type of tree is in there?

  My son got very sick right in the restaurant, after eating the rotisserie chicken that was undercooked raw in the inside. ( I have pictures and video ) I also did show the manager the inside of the chicken and she noted that it was raw inside. The manager did refund the cost of his meal, but that was pretty much it. There was no apology or anything said on what was gonna get done to ensure food safety in the future. It was a disappointing experience because it’s a really nice restaurant as far as the interior and we’ve been going there for many years.

  We celebrate my mom's heavenly birthday every year having dinner at Arby's, which was her favorite. When I heard that the World's largest was just 30mins away, we made plans to celebrate here this year. It's a massive place. Very rustic looking, reminded me of Great Wolf Lodge. There are some oversized chairs, a fireplace and large outdoor patio. Staff was super nice. Shawn the manager was very helpful with some questions we had. The food was average though. The potatoes cakes were a little over cooked. My wife didn't like the au-just sauce, she was questioning if they changed recipe. Our mozzarella sticks were a little cold. Zucchini bread was kicking and my beef n cheddar was pretty good. If you're near, its a cool stop and be able to say you've been to the biggest.
