  The coffee is good. When they hand you the drink, the cup is sticky and the employees attempt to wipe the cup with a dirty rag, not cute. Wait times are really inconsistent and inconvenient for someone on the go. If you have the time for it, it’s a solid place for your daily dose. They offered me a military discount on 2 occasions and then today just told me they don’t offer a military discount? That’s odd for a military town. Very confusing and inconsistent. Please get your staff on the same page. Overall, good if you have time.

  People hype everything, this it’s probably the worst coffee I’ve had since moving to Virginia. The only reason why I didn’t go back and ask to remake it because they gave to me for free. But I would have preferred to pay if that means I got a decent drink. I’ll try again after the hype dies down.

  The workers there made me feel uncomfortable, staring, and laughing. I ordered Blondie, did not taste the vanilla flavor or Caramel barely. I just taste the oat milk and a slight coffee flavor. Also ordered a Chai Latte, only taste the oat milk, NO chai flavor. What a disappointment. Waste of my money. I will not ever go back.

  SOO excited the CH location is finally open!! Today was my first experience at this location and from the first second in the drive through it was amazing just as every other experience at other RVA locations. I have to say- Katorah (I hope I’m spelling that right?!!) was PHENOMENAL. She was so energetic, thorough, and had a fantastic energy. I usually don’t leave reviews but she was so stellar I just had to.

  Edit: went back and had a much better experience. The drinks were right and took no time at all. It just opened and they def need more training. May try again in two months or so, but it is a little rough at the moment. Order a hot blondie, a hot cinnamon roll with pumpkin and an ice German chocolate. By the time I got up to get my drinks, they either gave away my order or lost it. I had to pull off to the side and waiting 15 minutes for new drinks. They brought them out, but only one was correct, the hot blondie. The cinnamon roll was iced and they didn’t even give us an ice German but some sort of blondie with fruit, like cherry, added on. At that point, my son was starting to fuss in the back seat (infant) and I was beyond annoyed so I just told the lady they were wrong but that I couldn’t wait anymore. She was at least apologetic. May try again in the future, but was not happy with this visit.
