  Just left location. Will NOT come back ever. Now I know no store can have control over their patrons. However, with the one checkout line open and only 3 of 4 self check outs open, it is your duty to your patrons to get them through the check out process in a convenient manner. Your stores self check out associate around 7pm, was not helpful with this transaction at all. For one, the young man looked as if he was someone's child hiding behind displays instead of being up front and center. As there were 2 lines one for self check out and one for the register backed up to the deli bakery area. One of the employees could have said, hey there are two lines for self check out as about 15 of us were patiently waiting. INSTEAD of the woman with a cart filled to the brim calling everyone stupid because we were waiting and she felt she was better than everyone else and jumped the entire line.(even after being informed that we were all waiting, and the line was all the way to the back). Cursing and inappropriate language was spouted by her and other customers towards her, all while young children were there. All could've been completely avoided had the associate playing hide and seek would've said to the customers, hey we have 2 lanes. That didn't happen. I tried to inform to shoppers behind me that it was pointless to go back and forth with the woman, she informed everyone we can meet her outside and that she is licensed... You can't fix stupid but you all could've done better, you could've done your job.

  Or favorite local grocery store. Not usually over crowded and usually have plenty of staffing and checkouts available.

  If you like your pricing coming up wrong and taking 15 min off your life every time an associate has to go look to the aisle look at the sign then tell you the pricing lady is on vacation than this is the place for you! This has happened multiple times so I will not be coming back to scan my own groceries, bag them and have to deal with incorrect prices and staff that will fight you on it when the tag is there.
