To work .. have been awful on march 18 I placed an order 10 minutes before I got there… I get there pull up to the window give them my mobile order number….. she says to me how long ago did you place it I said 10min before arrival then she tells me it can take up to an hour and half to receive the order…. Bs never takes that long…. Ready every time I pull up… to march 19 place more order little closer to home I get there sir we don’t have this ingredient for your drink and we don’t have these donuts……. Like what?!? @dunkin if a place doesn’t have an item put in app sold out… anyways the people that are working in that dunkin now aren’t as good as the older staff

Thought I’d give them another try today, went into the lobby, stood there for well over 5 minutes with no one ahead of us and no greeting. Store it clean, almost no selection of donuts, and so we left. Ridiculous.

I don’t know who is in charge here but something should be done. Food poisoning is no joke.
