  Do not go here!!!!! Waited almost 2 hours then find out the store canceled my order due to no delivery staff,no call or nothing when I called them they hung up only me, This is the worst service ever, Something like this happened almost every time we order there, Manager did not seemed to concerned, I ask for higher ups number when I call it too like the store hangs up on you, Im done with the way the manager handled this, 3 times is a strike out for me, we will not go back, we will try something else instead of Dominos In Colonial Heights, Va

  Do not trust the online estimated pick up times. I waited an extra 25 minutes past the latest pick up time before just canceling my order in store since they said it may be another 30 minutes to get made. The man making pizzas was going as slow as humanly possible and I would know, I've done his job. You have to really try to go that slow and show you do not care at all. Sadly there were about five people waiting inside before I got there and decided to leave.

  Just worked a 12 hour shift and I place a delivery order so I’d get back home right before my food… order was cancelled. Okay, whatever. I’ll place an order for pick up and I’ll go pick it up. As soon as I pull into a parking spot, they are locking the doors and I look in the app, order cancelled. Their website and Apple Maps says they don’t close until midnight. It is 8:30pm. I haven’t eaten all day and I’m pregnant. My husband works nightshift so I was fending for myself. Well now I’m crying in my car because all I wanted was some pizza and to pass out. Now I’m hunting for food at 9pm and have to be at work for another 12 at 6:30am. Total bullshit.

  PLEASE save yourself time and money. I placed an order at 7:14pm. Here I am at 10:23pm still waiting. Thankfully I placed my order through doordash and was able to get a refund directly through them because I could not reach this store by phone. I was on hold for an hour and their operator said goodbye and hung up the call. Tried getting through a couple more times with no luck. I don’t even know why they are open for business.
