- TJT JApr 20, 20261.0I went here at 1045pm not knowing the store was preparing to close. The young lady had disengaged the wrap warmer and had begun cleaning. Not a big deal to me because I wanted a bowl. Once I approached the counter she looked at me in an extremely angry expression and walked away. I assumed she was going to get someone but after a couple minutes she came back. I really should've left but I needed to eat. She looked at me without questioning and grabbed a bowl. She started adding white rice. I said I wanted the other rice. She dumped the rice back into the pan and started getting another rice that I didn't ask for. Seeing how angry she was I didn't say anything. All in all the service was absolutely awful. Bad review about the food because the rice wasn't fully cooked. I had to throw the meal away. Going forward I will avoid at all cost going to this Chipotle. The store doesn't close until 11 so I should've been treated as a customer instead of a burden.

- TLTara LApr 11, 20261.0This place is always a mess, with garbage everywhere. There will be several employees seemingly doing nothing but ignoring you. It will take far longer than estimated for pick up. And your bowl will be half full. It's worth the drive to the Chester location.
