After this i was asked if i wanted anything else put on the buffet and I said yes a pan pepperoni. About 15-20 minutes later the waitress came to me and said they’ll make it when another pizza on the buffet was finished. I had been there for about 40 minutes at this point and it was the first time ive left a buffet feeling hungry. I was still charged full price after going to the register and being told “I would ask if everything was ok but I already know.”

Ordered a pizza online, headed to store after 15 min. when I got to store was told it hadn't been started, when I went in 10 minutes later was told they made it wrong. A CHEESE PIZZA! When I was told it was wrong he wanted me to take the pepperoni pizza they had messed up instead of fixing the order. They offered nothing for messing up multiple times and acted as if I was a problem. It was the female manager cooking the whole time. They were not busy at all. The whole store needs re trained
