- KYKon YiApr 16, 20261.0I ordered two footlong subs and both of them were not made correctly. The wrong bread and not toasted as requested when ordering online. I called the store to advise the items I received were incorrect and the person that answered the call acted like she could not hear me. I figured maybe the first time I called something could be wrong and the person could not hear me but the second time it was obvious I was being played with. All I needed was a explanation but staff thought it would be funny to mess with a customer. I hope who ever was working the evening of 4/16 just before 9pm is fired.

I asked him to try and make it a little better but it was disregarded. Not a word of English was understood. Hand signals and pointing were the main communication. The younger lady just sits down the entire time, looking at her phone and looking at me like there's a problem for trying to get a decent sandwich. Very poor service and negative atmosphere. The young lady sitting the entire time and older gentleman seems very unhappy to be there. I will not return to this Subway.
