  Have made several orders for pickup over the past year at this location and I think there's maybe one or two times in total that the order had everything it was supposed to have. Got burned twice when I didn't check my order there at the store right there. I don't know if they're rushing to get orders out, but order accuracy has not been one of their goals it seems, even when it's not that busy inside. It's a fine location as long as you're dining in or double/triple checking your order before you walk out the door. Shouldn't have to spend time doing that for what Panera costs these days, but if you or someone you know wants Panera, that's what you have to do here. Also they won't walk it to the designated pickup shelves so don't wait for your order there.

  There is a clear policy against outside food, but it is not being enforced. Some customers bring in food with very strong and unpleasant smells, which ruins the environment. Management at Panera Bread needs to address this issue seriously. If this continues, I will not be returning.

  The management and the staff are extremely excellent and professional especially when it comes to the cleanliness and the quality of their food and the Customer Service. On top of all associates is "Adam" who is paying a great deal of attention to all details particularly the customers and he makes sure all of them are happy and pleased with the food and the service all the time.

  Pregnant came in late night to use bathroom on Feb 15th around 9pm door was open and walked in everything was fine UNTIL an Asian man with glasses comes into the female bathroom and harassed me to leave. He told me multiple times that they are closed and I told him i understand and I’ll be right out but he insisted on coming in the women’s bathroom making me feel extremely uncomfortable because he’s a male that I don’t know and kept repeating that I need to leave granted I only came to use the bathroom real quick because I’m pregnant and have to go often and also the main door was open so I was under the impression that they were open till 10 pm so I apologized but it wasn’t necessary for him to do all that. It made me so uncomfortable I had to make a review and I rarely do that… Panera please do better.

  When I asked for doggies bag for sandwiches he said they don't have ones and told me to get the paper bags.
