Wasn't busy hour, no customer in store, I saw two staff playing not pay attention on orders. No cheeses in Sandwich, no sauce i askedn, o toasted bread, no extra wrapping.. etc

The rest of the staff we have dealt with over the last year have been challenging. Last trip our order was wrong. This trip, we were charged wrongly. Trying to get the gentleman to understand the problem was impossible. Instead of fixing the problem at the register, he tried handing me money from the tip jar. I've been a customer since I moved to Centreville in 1999. I won't be back. The frustration isn't worth it. The food is typical Subway, so it's good in a hurry, otherwise "meh".
