  I give this location a chance once a year hoping for improvement, but it somehow manages to get worse. Expect to wait over 30 minutes for a simple order, only for the food to arrive cold and the drinks warm. This franchise is in desperate need of a complete overhaul and better management.

  Orders are always 10-15 minutes late than what the app says. You check in on the app and you just sit there for 15 minutes even though there are no other people parked. And they keep missing the fruits you paid to add to your drinks. I don't blame the person working but your corporate should stop understaffing your stores.

  Guys come on... the service here is and has been to the extreme slow 🐌 I could understand if you were busy but 4 times in 4 months we have wanted to eat here and we have either had to leave because it took 15 minutes to even take our order then when we have time to waste you still take forever to answer that red button when there are very few to no other customers present and then its another 25 to 35 min wait for subpar food that isnt cooked right! This is how you shut down businesses. Slow death to expired. People stop coming because they can't get service or Sonics usually good food. I understand a bad day but a bad year is inexcusable. Get some management here from corporate and HANDLE IT. These kids needs help and the community wants to keep Sonic around.

  Edit: I did the math, and this location has a Google Review average of 1.67 stars over the past month, which has got to be a record low for an open business. My original review follows: I've eaten here a couple times recently and the wait time was absolutely pathetic both times. Today I only ordered a mini milkshake on the app, waited over 30 minutes, and wasn't even offered a straw/spoon once my order finally came out.

  Not sure what's going on here. I sat in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes waiting on a plain burger and small tot. I was the only person in line for about 25 mins. Two other cars came behind me but pulled off after waiting so long. I didn't get an apology or anthing. Seems from the other reviews this is an ongoing problem.
