  Had a great experience at Panera Bread thanks to an employee named Miyah. I wasn’t sure what to order, and she gave a solid recommendation (Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt with mac and cheese) that ended up being perfect. There was a small issue with the card reader, but she handled it calmly and kept things smooth. Super friendly, professional, and just made the whole experience easy. Definitely 5 stars—shoutout to Miyah!

  This location is ok. We came in around the end of the lunch rush and the place really dirty. No clean tables, bathroom was destroyed and the condiment/drink area was a disaster. The food surprised me. My fiancee loves their food and to me it is nothing to write home about again it was actually good. So other then the place being a mess and it was lunch time im going to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again at a later time and date. So watch for another review at some point in near future.

  Ordered a BLT. I got half a sandwich with crust that could chip a tooth. Ordered a green tea and received an empty cup for a fountain drink. The entire experience was truly bizarre. I left still hungry. I went to get some real food.

  I've had five take out orders from here over the last year and there won't be sixth! Each time I've ordered from this Panera in particular (never had an issue at any other Panera) my order has been messed up. From missing chicken on a salad to missing an entire sandwich. I've also had my customized order messed up, no avocado shouldn't be that hard. And one of the times they forgot I ordered coffee and had to wait on it to brew and the coffee was watery. So besides the lousy service there are a couple reasons I will not be going back to any Panera. I love ice tea, their's is not good. How do you mess that up? Coffee consistently not good. The salad dressing to go servings have shrunk considerably. Last time I got a cup of chicken noodle soup and it seems to have also shrunk. In addition, the chicken looked different and not appealing. It was weirdly shaped chunks of chicken instead of nice bite size chicken. I also would really like to see more sides offered. How about something like veggies with dip. Or any other chip flavor and brand. The chips aren't good, the apples are usually tiny and really not that good and if I'm already getting a sandwich do I really want bread on the side? Christiansburg Panera, get your act together and Panera corporate stop being stingy!
