- KKKat2 days ago1.0Well now, I do believe I’ve never been so put off. There was a tall gentleman with glasses and curly hair carrying on like he owned the place, speaking quite rudely to both customers and staff. I had only come in for a simple meal with my daughter, but after that experience, I won’t be returning. Such a shame—kindness really does go a long way.

This was our first time in five guys and probably will be back for the burgers only. It might be my bad but this place is a bit on the pricey side for the food.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
